Control strategy, graphics, I/O database, sequence logic, alarm configuration and Factory Acceptance Test — delivered by engineers who also commission the system on site.
Configuration is where a control system either becomes operable or becomes a decade of workarounds. We deliver configuration as an engineering discipline with reviewable deliverables at each stage, not as a drawing-to-database transcription exercise.

Alarm Configuration Is Done Properly at Build Time
Most alarm problems are created during configuration and discovered years later in operation. We configure alarms against the site alarm philosophy at build time — applying rationalisation principles rather than defaulting every point to a high priority and leaving the plant with an unmanageable alarm load on day one.
Where a plant has no alarm philosophy in place, we can develop one as part of the project, or apply our alarm management system to establish a governed baseline.
